You've Got Some Work To Do 🌹
I will hold you accountable this time.
This week, step up like a real man should.
There’s no trophy for being a “man” if you’re just a grown boy in a man’s body.
If your woman comes home exhausted after grinding all day…
…and you’ve been home doing nothing major, why can’t you walk into the kitchen and whip up a meal for both of you?
What exactly is stopping you?
If it’s because you don’t know how…
…then you’ve got work to do.
Cooking is a survival skill, not a gender assignment.
(I want to assume you know this already)
And if you do know how to cook but avoid the kitchen because of some toxic “alpha male” ideology… then let’s call it what it is:
You're just being SELFISH. PRIDEFUL and totally WICKED even.
Paying the bills doesn’t make you too big to serve.
A true man leads with love, not ego.
And if you can’t cook basic everyday food as a grown man — bro, that’s not alpha. That’s just careless. Fix it. Learn. Evolve. Period.
Because this life will humble anyone banking only on money or surface-level masculinity.
Look - if your main “value” is just your bank balance, there are richer men who will use that same money to buy your worth and discard you when you lose shine.
And yeah, you might even lose your life in the process.
Your dad may never say this out loud - but I just did.
So thank me for keeping it real with you, coconut head (lol)
Now, here’s one more truth punch you need before the week begins:
Stop quitting after two tries and calling it “God’s plan.”
Stop waking up late and thinking success will come tap you on the shoulder.
Lace up. Show up. Get back into that fitness journey with war in your belly and fire in your bones.
The universe doesn’t reward the perfect.
It crowns the consistent.
Want to fix 80% of your problems?
Get fit. Move. Eat clean. Be intentional about your health.
Money is sexy — but good health is even more Sexier.
What’s the point of a “soft life” when your body is fighting secret battles every day?
Don’t let fake Instagram glamor distract you from real-life decay.
God didn’t make you to settle for less at all.
And deep down, you know you’re not proud of where your health stands.
You can lie to others. But lying to yourself? That’s self-betrayal.
Again. Read This Email For The Second Time And See Where You Need To Start Fixing Yourself Today.
Ps: I will check on you tomorrow and see your progress too. (No jokes)
Till then.
