Be interesting(Mysterious):

Leave some gaps between your conversation with her so that way she stays interested in what you have to say.

Don’t send big texts:

Big texts are boring and hard to read, be concise and clear in what you have to say  and she most likely will respond to you faster.

Never be too expressive over text:

You want to act calm most of the time, expressing yourself too much over text is a turn-off for women.

Make her have a good experience over text:

Don’t send boring messages, she’s most likely not going to answer them, so play around with her and tell her some jokes(just don’t do it all the time).

Never ask the reason why is she taking too long to respond:

If she really is into you she will text you and try to talk with you most of the time but if she doesn’t then it’s time to move on.
