Why confident men THRIVE… and you can too (Quick Read)

To live as a confident man, you have to give it your all.

When you’re out in public do you stand tall – feeling comfortable in your skin? Are you charismatic, naturally attracting high-value men and women alike?

Do you look at yourself in the mirror and see a man who is in control of his destiny looking back at you?

OR 

Do women walk right past you in public? Have you gotten rejected with a laugh from a beautiful woman?

Maybe you’re scared to initiate a conversation with ANYONE. Living a small meek life – being careful not to step on anyone's toes.

To live like a confident man you have to put in the work.

Here’s How:

  1. Start Exercising - When your body is sculpted like a Greek statue it’s hard to NOT be confident. It’s not just about the physical health benefits you get but also the mental ones. Consistently workout for 60 days and you will see a massive shift in your mentality.

  2. Be Extremely Disciplined - Get up early, eat right, and don’t do drugs or watch porn. This is all basic stuff that everyone knows. But if you can be the one who CONSISTENTLY does what is right – your mind will become hardened.

  3. Have a Goal to Chase - Men need something to chase. Set your sights on a big *healthy* goal to chase. Every day take steps that move you closer to achieving it. The more progress you make the more you will feel like an alpha.

  4. Dress/Grooming - Bro you smell like shit… Brush your teeth, put on deodorant, wash your ASS. Take care of your appearance and don’t look like a slob. Upgrade your whole wardrobe. Just take it up a step from jerseys to polos. When you look good you feel good.

  5. Go Out & Be Social - Make friends and go out. Force yourself to have conversations. It will be uncomfortable at first but over time you’ll become a pro. This alone is enough to make you confident.

If you want to be an ‘alpha’ you have to put in the work. It’s easy being an incel and a simp.

But if you want to have whatever you want in this life you have to consistently be improving and striving to be your best self. These men get rewarded with beautiful women and lavish lifestyles.
